Use of our services.
When you sign up for one of our services, we ask you to provide personal information. This data is used to perform the service. The data is stored on secure servers of Wagenhof Model-Toys or those of a third party (“MyOnlineStore B.V. in Oss”) where the website is hosted. We will not combine this information with other personal information that we may have available.
Type of personal data we process.
The type of data that can possibly be linked to you are eg your name and address, email addresses, telephone numbers, photos, date of birth and IP addresses.
The purpose of the processing
We use this data to be able to perform your requested service (possibly product development, billing / delivery of the ordered products and or answering information requests sent by you and receiving newsletters. This information is also used to make you more efficient use of our webshop in the future, such as insight into old orders and the contents of the shopping cart.
Retention time of this data.
Some of these data such as order and invoicing data must be kept by us for a minimum period of 7 years as determined by the Dutch government / tax authorities.
Email address and account details for newsletters and easy future use of our webshop can be adjusted or removed by you at any time. CAUTION: After adjustment / deletion, it may be that certain functionality you want is no longer available.
When you send email or other messages to us, we may keep those messages. Sometimes we ask you for your personal details that are relevant to the situation in question. Who are the recipients / users of this information?
Of course I, A.J.M. Heestermans, as the owner of this webshop, has full access to these data, except for the passwords you have created for newsletters and your account details.
In addition, information is shared with a third party such as Google which data is used for high-level statistics (Data cannot be traced back to your person) such as the number of visitors / orders, order value, average session duration, conversion percentages, number of visitors / page views per day and most viewed articles and web pages.
In addition, all data is available for our “Hoster”, “MyOnlineStore B.V.” which takes care of hosting the webshop, www.wagenhofmodeltoys.nl, on their servers. Data that you have entered when placing an order and / or sending a message is stored on the servers of our processor “MyOnlineStore B.V.” and my own PC that is used for the back-office function of the webshop. “MyOnlineStore B.V. ”Ensures a level of security appropriate to the data to be processed and takes adequate measures to protect data against loss or any form of unlawful processing. For example, a secure SSL connection is used as standard.
Furthermore, name and address and relevant / order data are shared with “Post NL” and or DHL in connection with. sending the ordered goods and with our payment providers “Mollie” regarding the invoicing and possibly crediting of ordered products or “Klarna” if you have chosen “Pay afterwards”. These functionalities are fully and or partly integrated functions in our webshop and therefore also covered by the processing agreement we have with MyOnlineStore BV.
